At Evolve Organic Marketing, we take pride in providing high-quality, customized services, including branding, design, SEO, social media management, and digital marketing. To ensure clarity and professionalism in all client relationships, the following policies apply to all services provided.
1. Payment & Pricing
- All services require full or partial payment upfront before work begins.
- Our standard hourly rate is $100/hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Pricing for ongoing services (e.g., SEO, social media management) will be determined in advance and billed accordingly.
- Additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate.
- Work begins on Day 1 of payment receipt, and project timelines are calculated from this date.
2. No Refunds on Work Completed
- Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Payments cover time, expertise, and resources, not just final deliverables. Even if a client decides not to use the completed work, the time and effort invested are still billable.
- If a client requests stoppage of work for any reason, we are not obligated to refund any portion of the retainer or initial payment.
3. Scope of Work & Revisions
- Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, goals, and feedback throughout the project.
- Revisions are included only within the agreed scope. Requests beyond the initial agreement will require additional billing at the standard hourly rate.
- For SEO & social media services, rankings, engagement, and visibility depend on many factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and audience behavior. While we implement best practices, we do not guarantee specific results.
4. Plagiarism, Copyright, & Ethical Marketing Standards
- All content, designs, and strategies provided by Evolve Organic Marketing are custom-created and adhere to ethical and legal marketing standards.
- We do not copy, plagiarize, or infringe on copyrighted materials.
- If a client accuses us of plagiarism or unethical practices, no refunds will be issued, as this would imply a false claim against our professional integrity.
5. Project Termination & Client Responsibilities
- If a client terminates a project after work has started, all work completed up to that point remains billable, and no refunds will be issued.
- If a client requests work stoppage, any initial payment or retainer remains non-refundable and will be applied to work already completed or time reserved for the project.
- For ongoing services (SEO, social media, digital marketing), termination requires at least 30 days’ written notice. Work already performed remains billable.
6. Communication & Documentation
- All official communication must be conducted via email to maintain a clear record of project discussions, approvals, and revisions.
- Scheduled phone or video calls are available upon request, but email follow-ups will be required for documentation purposes.
- All deliverables, reports, and content approvals must be confirmed in writing.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Evolve Organic Marketing is not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates, social media policy changes) that may impact performance.
- We are not responsible for client-side implementation errors, including changes made to a website, social media pages, or ad accounts after our work is completed.
